Hi support team,
I have DCE-7.6.0 software and the Include Graph option in email notifications does not work for me:
I created a virtual temperature sensor and created a threshold alarm for it. As soon as the threshold alarm is triggered, I get a standard HTML-based table e-mail, but without a temperature graph.
What could be the problem?
