Hi,
I cannot do device lunching issue for InRow RC ACRC301H from DCE client.
The error msg is 'Could not connect to the device'
But I still can use web browser connect to the InRow, it working by proper.
I already double check the device lunch setting is corrected, connect via http: port 80
Please advise,

Dear Nathawat,
DCE communicates to the device via SNMP. We need to ensure that the device is successfully added in DCE software.
Is the device discovered to DCE successfully? Whats the status of the device in DCE? DCE version?
Are you able to see the device sensor values if you right click and select view sensors values in DCE?
Is the device on public network or private network of DCE?
Are you able to launch the web browser of the device externally on a new browser?
