Hi Rayson Lozano If the problem occur again please ask the customer to try to open up a browser and make sure he can browse to the DCE webpage. Thanks Jesper

Hi Rayson Lozano Does this problem occur on all clients? Have you tried uninstalling the client and install it again? Please also sent some log files that was help analyze the problem. Thanks Jesper

Thanks Stine for the follow up.. I will be onsite with customer and download the logs. To answer Jesper's question, It only happen on one client so far. So far there were no re-occurance as per reported by the customer. Best regards, Rayson
