Cannot launch the ACRC301H cooling in web browers.

Dear Support,

When we connect the ACRC301H cooling to DCE system. We can not launch this device.

"could not connect to the device make sure the device is connected, and the device launch settings are correct (i.e. port and protocol)"

Could you share me how to fix this fault?

Hello,

When DCE discovered the device, does it discover properly? Does it see the device's sensors?

If you right click the RC unit's listing on the monitoring perspective in DCE and selectdevice launch settings, do these match the protocol you use to launch to the device? For example are you able to launch to the device using https but the device launch settings are set to http?

Is the device on the public or private LAN of DCE?

Are you connecting to DCE using HTTP or HTTPS? Is the other protocol enabled or disabled?

Can you launch directly to the ACRC301? Is it using HTTP or HTTPS?

What version of DCE?

What version of firmware is on the card on the RC unit?
