Demek - EBO license problem

Dear Schneider,

I have a problem with a Licence, i purchased a package of 3 licenses, but whwn I load them into the system, one of them appears with the quantity "0". Attached image for your reference.

I have an upset customer, and Schneider sales could not fix it. Below the ENT of the license:

I am having a similar issue, however, I am using device administrator - The entitlement is not showing up.

Have you tried using device administrator to load your licenses?

I am waiting for a response, but from what I gather it has to do with the model of the AS, there are different licenses for the older hardware and newer hardware.
