Replaced 4 bad PDU's with 4 new PDu's. I tried to discover them based on the IP Addresses assigned and I continually receive "Connection Timeout" after the process runs for a very long time unsuccessfully....
Am I missing something?

If these are APC PDUs, please note that by default they're now shipped with SNMP turned off so you have to properly configure them. I'm also assuming that they're either different IPs from the ones they've replaced or the ones they've replaced have been removed from the system.
I'm also curious, is this DCE or ITE you're using? Going forward, this will be important.
What version? If APC PDUs, what firmware? Did you check the logs?
Assuming DCE, can you do an SNMPwalk of the device from the DCE web page?
Can you discover other devices and do they all take this long?
SNMP version 1 or 3?
