PCT import and export issues

Good afternoon everyone, hope you are all well.

I am currently having an issue with my PCT regarding importing and exporting.

I am currently experiencing an issue with importing programs I require into one of my projects on PCT (Project Configuration Tool), I have since completely uninstalled and re-installed PCT and all the software with it (Please see attached for the error message popping up), I am also experiencing the same error when trying to export from my project on PCT, however, I am able to backup and restore, create and edit, it would seem I am just not able to import and export.

I as wondering if any of you had any thoughts as I cannot complete any of my scheduled work with this issue persisting, or if you could point me in the right direction as to where I could look to get it fixed.
