Hi Simir,

You'll probably want someone to have a closer look at the logs and you'll want to provide more information about the server itself such as version, VM VS. hardware, available resources, how long this has been happening and what happened previously, etc. There's really not enough to go on here and this will likely need a bit of troubleshooting.

Hi Samir Sörensen,

First question: in the DCE server network settings the DHCP function for private subnet is activated or not?

If the DHCP function isn't activated, activate it temporarily and then deactivate:

Observe whether there will be further above specified messages in nbc.xml.

With best regards.

Judging from a screenshot, you have the virtual machine?

As I see only one network interface. Right?

The matter is that DHCP service in DCE is used only for the second network interface (Private LAN).

Samir,

There appears to be no secondary LAN so can I assume this is a VM? What version DCE? Did you import a backup from a hardware server that had a private LAN configuration?

Hi Samir Sörensen,

As DHCP service in the DCE server is enabled by default for the second network interface (Private LAN), if you want not to see higher the specified information messages any more, it is required to execute the following:

  1. add to configuration DCE VM second network interface (Private LAN);
  2. start DCE VM and then disable DHCP service for second network interface (Private LAN);
  3. it is the end 😀, the second network interface (Private LAN) can be deleted from DCE VM configuration if it isn't necessary to you any more.

With best regards.

Hi Steven,

Yes it is true that there is no Secondory Lan as it is not used on the physical server. Yes it were a restore of a backup of the physical server to virtual when we wanted all device, and all the measurement data.

BR,

Samir
