Dear Yongjin,
It looks to be scaling issue in the DDF. If you received the DDF file for your third party device from EcoStruxure IT Help Center-device support request, then please contact them again with DDF reference number so that they can modify the DDF to show you the correct scaling of the Temperature Sensor in DCE software.
Regards,
Bala

Hi Yongjin Choi,
Structure of the DDF-file not so difficult: necessary corrections can be made independently. I can help with it.

Team-I would suggest not to edit the DDF files format based on my practical implementations at the site. Improper format of DDF may causes problems to the DCE performances in the future. I agree DDF format is simple, and easy to edit, but often we may not be able to verify on how the reference was taken. DDF team can surely help you in editing the DDF for you based on the issues that you report in continuous to your DDF reference number.
As far as I know, DDF team has got the right software tools to make changes and simulate the results as well.
This way, you can also be sure that the DDF which you are using is the correct one.
