On a special resource Device Support you can find DDF-support already for a similar device from the PM2200 series:
You may to click on the button I WANT IT TOO and within a couple of business days you will be sent a web-link to download the DDF-file with the instruction.
If the above DDF-file does not work for you, then on the same resource you can make a new DDF-support request. How to do this is described in detail in topic and in video instructions.
You do not need to request a DDF-file for the TCP/IP Modbus gateway EGX150, as this does not make sense: you only need a DDF-file for your EasyLogic PM2100 devices.
