DCO8 Offline Demo - Tenant Portal Rack Issues

Tenant portal is not showing all expected racks and none have the correct rack name.

Only happens for a user of a customer.

I haven't replicated on a production DCO, only on Offline Demo

Hi Ed

There are multiple accounts for 3M and it looks like your Customer Account (0424058349) in the Desktop Client and the Customer Account (0236518265) you set up on the Tenant Portal does not match, hence you get different results
