DCO nfs mount fail

Hi all,

The remote backup configuration video is no longer available.

A customer was trying to mount a nfs to DCO and is getting the following error message:

Failed to save mount : NFS Error - mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on xxxx.com:/ifs/USA/NASHARED/struxureware, missing codepage or helper program, or other error (for several filesystems (e.g. nfs, cifs) you might need a /sbin/mount. helper program) In some cases useful info is found in syslog - try dmesg | tail or so.

Looking at older posts seems like the problem is NFS utility is missing?

Hi Orlando,

You are right, it seems nfs utility is needed.

SSH log in to server and then run the following command to install the utils (requires Internet access):
sudo yum -y install nfs-utils
