Has anyone installed / or has DCO 7.5 been tested on a ProLiant G9 server with RAID6 (P-series controller)?

Hi David,

DCO 7.5 has not been tested on a ProLiant G9 server, but the normal server requirements applies. Please see the server requirements here

If you have problems installing with the normal installer then please install with Alternative drivers option. This option is used for installing DCO on newer hardware. More information about installing with alternative drivers can be seen here

We have been testing the installation of DCO 7.5 on ProLiant G9, the only install option for this server at the moment is installing on Red Hat enterprise linux 6.x and the running the DCO RHEL installation as described Installing StruxureWare Data Center Operation on Red Hat Enterprise Linux

Hi Felix, We are willing to support you in this on a remote basis, what we would need to start out with is a server running redhat enterprise linux with a subscription to 'RHEL EUS Optional' would that help you going forward? Installing the traditional ISO on a G9 is not possible, and will not be possible. Best Regards Frank
