Hi, we have installed new PDUs (32A, 4 x inlet) into rack, but DOC doesn't get any data from BCPM, breaker FA33 has L3 phase and breaker FA34 has L1 phase.
PDU power settings
and here are breakers FA33 and FA34 without measured data
Communication between DCO and DCE is online and Expert has power values
Thanks for your time.

Hi David, Seems strange that only 2 devices are not functioning. I expect those to be the same type as the once working? In order to do some more troubleshooting the log files from DCO gathered in the server configuration/webmin interface is needed. Please share the log files. /Søren

https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B5pvjq24aRN1X2VBNzEzUDF6djQ Expert sees both breakers from bcpm and communication between DCO DCE seems to be ok.

Hi David, I asked for access to the files. Also have you verified that you see the sensors in the sensor mapping menu when right clicking the PDU? And the device are associated in DCO i assume? /Søren

Hi David, From the log files it is seen that there potentially could be some data that is not shown in DCO because of a wrong format from DCE. This however would also impact devices with IP 192.168.1.105-110 where some of the sensor potentially could be left out. Do you see issue on devices 105, 106, 107, 109 or 110? Also when using the sensor mapping view do you see the values on the sensors there? Also what sensor type is being used for the expected sensor when viewing the sensor mapping window? If possible please share a screenshot. the next steps would be to look deeper into the data coming from DCE which requires a small tool to be installed that can query DCE for information. I would also offer to do a screensharing session if you find that easier? Please let me know and we can setup a meeting. /Søren

Hi David, What version of DCO is being used? Have there been any recent upgrades to the DCO server? Could you share these details as well? Could you also share the screen shot of the sensor mapping table? Can you also make an observation on the values for these two sensors in the SENSOR MAPPING TABLE & observe the difference how these are getting changed as compared to other sensors?- this is just to check if only these two sensors are being idle in terms of reporting values & if we get a further clue on this. Thanks.

Hi d.satava,
What version of BCPM was it?
I have a customer who will be using a BCPMSCE series in their setup, and to be prepared I wanted to get a DDF created beforehand so that it can be added to DCE/DCO.
