Hi Team!
I have request from customer. He see empty DC editor pane. From the customer`s words the problem appeared after system update. He tried to clear ISXO cash and java updating. DCO client installed on virtual machine with Windows Server 2003.
Any advice to solve the problem?

Hi Roman,
You might want to try to re-install the client software and see if that helps (eg. un-install the client software from the workstation, and then download the client installation software from the server download page, and install it.)
By the way, you might want to check the system requirements as well: System Requirements
(Apparently, the customer is not running the client on a supported platform.)

Thanks Jef. It seems like problem is not in OS. From the customer`s words he has another working client running on Win Server 2008 on the same virtual machine. But the customer accepted the comment about supported OS.
