Hello
I'm trying to implement a change ticket display from external application.
Do I understand right, that REST API "change request" methods can be used to achieve it?
I've created a change request and can get it with REST API, but it's not visible within "Change tickets" view in the desktop client and also I can not see it Export database in change_ticket table.
Or these are different thing and are used for something else and I should look somewhere else to create change tickets?
THanks

AFAIK all 3 are the same except for Export DB requires the scheduled export process to run or you manually kick it off. Desktop client also requires a form of syncing. Saving your changes in Planning mode then switching to Operations mode should do the trick. then Can't see why the ticket would be visible in REST API but not on the desktop client. Can you see it in the web client? On the desktop client after switch to Operations then back to Planning? Or maybe close and re-open Desktop client?

Hello
Seems that these are different things.
There are "Change requests" in Web client (Change Management -> Change requests) and there are "Change tickets" in desktop client.
And first can be created via the REST API. Second I was able to create using ETL import database.
What is the difference between these? Which one should I use?

A Change Ticket in the Java GUI is from an external change system. Each ticket can be associated with a DCO Word Order.
DCO Work Orders are visible in both Desktop and Web clients
A Change Request is just that, a request for a change
I read the release notes but I haven’t yet worked out how to approve Crs or turn them into WOs. Anyone?
