DCO and CA Service Desk Manager

Hello support team,

Is it possible to external server like “CA Service Desk Manager” can get information from DCO server? my customer wants to use this server to get access the DCO data base and get information related to each server or inventory belong to each genome. please your comments... regards

DCO offers REST based api's as one method for pulling data from a DCO server into a 3rd party system. More information about using REST can be found here:

There is also the possibility of using an ETL export database if your customer prefers to access DCO data using a database query. More info regarding ETL can be found here:
