Hi Todd Walters,
Currently, the score is based on the number of alarms you've experienced in the previous month, the number of incidents (if you have Premium devices), and the age and health of your UPS and batteries.
StruxureOn is still a young product, and we continue to adjust the score composition and calculation.
The intention of the score is not to be a hard metric or KPI, but rather an indicator that you can track month-over-month to get a basic idea of the trend of your data center health.
If you want to increase your score, try addressing some of the recommendations in the report.
Regards,
Torben

Dear Torben Nielsen,
This is useful information, and it would be better to place it somewhere in the corresponding section of the Documentation -> Mobile Insights and on the portal https://struxureon.com .
Thanks for support 😀.
