I have not been in DCO in some months now. I logged in an where I usually access a populated floor plan by double clicking a room in the navigation tree, now I just see an empty window. Panels and PDUs and related information seem to be in the tree. I can right click items in the tree to recall properties. The power paths seem to be intact. I do have many of those Lost Association comments behind the rack. When I try to fit the Zoom Fit command, (assuming I had zoomed to oblivion) I still see nothing. There is a "Problem Occurred" window that displays the following:
"Registry service missing key com.apc.config.ui.gdf.cad.CadBackgroundService in context DATA_CENTER_OVERVIEW"
Can you help me get my normal views back please?
Thank you!

Hi Steve,
I have not seen a similar notification before, so I'm not sure what might be the cause - however you might want to try with clean temporary files.
The client temporary files usually located in ".isxo" folder (hidden folder)
ex. in Windows, C:\Users\
you might want to rename the folder to something like "dco version"-xxxx_OLD
and then restart your DCO client software.
Or you might even want to reinstall the DCO client software (can be downloaded from DCO server) and see if that helps.
By the way, do you think other workstations/clients experiencing the same issue?
If the issue remains unresolved, then I might need to investigate the log files (client application.log file + server logs) and if possible a copy of the latest backup file. Please let me know, if I should send you an invite to my box folder, thanks.
Kind regards

Thank you Jef! I have reinstalled DCO client on my desktop- No change. I have renamed the temp file directory and restarted DCO. A new temp dir was created. There was no change in my ability to access graphics, though there was a good amount of activity when I double clicked a room in the Navigation Tree. If I click the full screen icon on the window, it really makes a mess of my screen. All appears appears normal on another users desktop with client loaded. I created another account and tried to access the data using it on my desktop and had negative results. This all leads me to think it is my client that is the problem. Do you have any other thoughts. Maybe completely remove the client and THEN reinstall it? Thank you again!

Hi Steve, If it used to work, then it would be good idea to reinstall the DCO client and see how it goes. Otherwise it might be something to do with the workstation itself , such as OS? physical/vm machine? display adapter/drivers, etc. Comparing this workstation with other user's desktop/workstation might also narrow down the problem. Kind regards
