I want a ddf file for an equipment that is already listed in the device support for "supported" with DCE. What exactly is the process to get the ddf for that; whether I need to go to the "Request change to support" or "Request device support" as I couldn't find any other way around to request for an already supported equipment's ddf. Thanks

Hello Irfan,
Please go to "Device Support", search for the device you are looking for and we have an option "i want it too" which can be used to request a DDF for an existing device.
Thanks and Regards,
