Hello,
My customer's datacenter has 4U Patch Racks above each cabinet. I want to model this in DCO. Is it supported or what is the workaround? Is there any chance it will be available in the future versions? I attached the patch rack picture just to give you an idea. many data centers are using this solution nowadays.
Kind regards

Hi Kaan,
Modelling patch panels/patching enclosures above racks is unsupported - we have a similar feature request in our system and I will go ahead and add this to the existing case.
Currently the only supported option (or work around) I can think of, is to use rack mounted patch panels.
Kind regards

I had the some problem. My workaround was to use higher U racks. For example there is a standard 42U APC rack and above that installed 4U "mini rack" then I represented in DCO with a 46U custom rack.
