DCO 8, search functionality equipment browser

All, since version 8 we notice a difference in the search functionality within the equipment browser, before 8 when you searched for a device within a "not loaded" room it was shown as grayed out but now the device is not even found, unless you load all the rooms. Is there a special reason for this change or did I miss something

All, did find this question: Search function in DCO 8 is a big step backwards... end this exactly describes our issues, we cannot even export now on a search when a room is not open, if possible this really has to be fixed asap

Hi Jef, I was to quick to accept the answer, I have seen the other community post but the answer is not acceptable for my customer, we need this search option, it is not acceptable that a option that first was available is removed because of a performance issue and then left out in future releases. I think the performance issue needs to be fixed so we can search again in open & closed rooms. So yes please create a feature request.
