When I try to add users using my authentication servers, it gives me an error of Authentication Server is required
I just recently upgraded to DCO 8.3.2. I have added multiple people using this AD previously and had no issues. I have even deleted a user to test and was unable to re-add them due to this error.

Hi Richard,
If the only change is the DCO upgrade, I was wondering (only guessing) perhaps it might be certificate related issue, if "Use encryption/port 636" is used for the communication. The possible certificate change on AD server will not be automatically updated in DCO, it needs to be updated manually. It can be done via web-client, Settings (wheel icon) > Authentication Servers, and then Edit the integrated AD server and push the OK button.
You might also want to test using the un-encryption option/port 389, and see the outcome.
Kind regards
