Dear Team,
I have a customer who has RDU -A G2 Environmental monitoring system and Liebert GXT4 3kVA UPS.
I have tried to add the two devices on DCE but DCE can't find them even after specifying the exact IP address using SNMP V1 and V3.
Kindly advise if DCE can monitor these devices.
Thank you.
Regards.

DCE should be able to monitor almost any Liebert/Vertiv device out of the box with the pre-installed Liebert DDF. Did you make sure to whitelist DCE's ip address as a nms in the vertiv/liebert web card? You can find this under communications-->snmp–>snmp v1 access control in the web card. Also make sure you are using the correct community strings.
Another way to test that DCE is able to communicate to the device using snmp properly is do a snmp device walk. In the latest versions of DCE, you can access this tool from the DCE web page–>status and then change the drop down to snmp device walk. You may also want to verify DCE can ping the device, which can also be found on the status page under "troubleshoot network"
