Dear Mohsin khalil,
3-rd party devices (both Modbus and SNMP) are added to the DCE exactly like the native Schneider Electric (or APC) devices. If you have already added Schneider Electric (or APC) devices at least once, then you must understand this - it is not difficult.
The only important difference is before adding a 3-rd party device, it is necessary to know if it is supported by DCE. I.e., is there a ready DDF-file for the 3-rd party device? A DDF-file is a special file, according to which DCE knows how to deal with your 3-rd party device.
It's very simple to do this on a dedicated Device Support web page, if you know the vendor and the model of the 3-rd party device. Then, using the search field, you can easily determine whether your 3-rd party device is supported by DCE or not.
If you are lucky 😀 and your 3-rd party device is already supported by DCE, then you need to click on the I WANT IT TOO button and within one business day you will be sent a web-link to download the DDF-file. After receiving the DDF-file, you can simply import it into DCE software and then perform the discovering of your 3-rd party device in the standard way.
If you are unlucky, and your 3-rd party device is not yet supported by DCE or even absent in the above list, then you need to create a new Device Request. How to correctly do this is well described in topic . After that, you just have to wait for your DDF-file to be created for your 3-rd party device and after that you will get it and be able to test it.
I hope this helps you. If you have any questions, please ask.
With respect.

Dear Mohsin khalil
It's very simple: go to the Video Tutorials page where you can easily find the video material you need.
This can be done either by viewing the list of videos in the StruxureWare Data Center Expert section on the left, or, like me, by clicking in the tag list Complete index of video tutorials, by the discover tag. As a result of the search, you can find here such a video material StruxureWare Device Discovery. I hope this is what you are looking for 😀.

Dear Mohsin khalil,
kindly provide me DDF of Power logic 5300 series(Model 5320)
Unfortunately I do not have such DDF-file, but, as I wrote above, for example, search for Device Support for the keyword 5320 leads to this result:
I.e., we have ready support in DCE software for Schneider Electric Power logic PM5320 (the screenshot shows two identical results - these are just duplicate entries 😀.
If this is what you need, then you can do I WANT IT TOO and within one business day you will be sent a web-link to download the corresponding DDF-file.
we want to install this file Data expert center 7.4.1 part number (ap9465) and kindly if possible provide me related video.
If you are interested in helping to import new DDF-files into DCE software, then, unfortunately, I could not find such a video. Therefore, while I recommend to seek help from article Adding or updating device definition files (DDFs) from section Modbus Device Communication Settings (Device menu).
I hope this helps you.
With respect.

Dear Mohsin khalil,
could not connect to the devices make sure the device is connected and the device launch setting are correct (i.e. port and protocol)
This message from DCE software means, that in the Device View window you tried to double-click on your PM5320. In this case, a new DCE browser window or default system browser window should be opened to connect to the web-GUI of this power meter. But if the Device launch setting is incorrect (in DCE software), i.e. the login and password for access to PM5320 are incorrectly entered, the above described error will occur.
Ok, please show a screenshot from the DCE software window, where you had to import a new DDF-file for your power meter (DDF-file, that was sent to you by Schneider Electric support).
Secondly, please show a screenshot from DCE software the Device View window, where you can easily see your new discovered power meter PM5320.
With respect.

Dear Mohsin khalil,

Probably, I do not quite understand: do you need to configure RTC (Real Time Clock) on the screen of your power meter PM5320?
netbotz ddf required
Do you need a DDF-file for the PM5320 power meter to monitor it using a NetBotz appliance? I understand you correctly? Which NetBotz appliance model do you use?
With respect.

If you mean displaying data from your power meter in DCE software in real time, then, unfortunately, this is impossible. Since the minimum time interval between two consecutive polls (SNMP or Modbus) of your power meter in DCE software is 1 minute.
I hope I understand you correctly.
With respect.
