I have used DCE 7.2.5 version then, i have installed the DCE 7.3.1 but MAC adress is changed and my license keys not working neither old version nor new version. How can i refreshing my license codes as new MAC adress?

Hi Kerem,
Assuming you had a VM and have since created a new VM, no, the license keys should not work on the new VM. If you were simply upgrading a VM or hardware server, the MAC address would not change.
When you redeemed the license key passcode and associated it with a server and MAC address, an algorithm tied the license key and MAC together. License keys are specifically tied to a MAC address so that they are not shared and used on multiple servers. If the older server is no longer running and you wish to request that the passcodes used to create these keys be reset, you will need to contact your local tech support. We can not do this on the EcoStruxure IT Help Center forum where everyone would have access to your information.
