Hi @Ninh_NV ,
You're at a very old version and I can not recommend that you go through all the upgrades necessary to get to the current version of 8.3. You would need to upgrade incrementally all the way to 7.8.1 and we always recommend that you create backups along the way in cans there are any issues. Once you hit 7.8.1, you'll need to go through a process that's going to require that you deploy a new version for 7.9.0 (not a normal upgrade) and import the 7.8.1 backup.
Here's the info on how to obtain the upgrades:

Here's info on how to upgrade to 7.9.0 and beyond):
https://community.se.com/t5/DCE-downloads/Complete-upgrade-process-for-DCE-7-9-0/ta-p/446776
Please also keep in mind that if you have a hardware server, you may not be able to install some newer versions. Please see this FAQ:
https://community.se.com/t5/Data-Center-Expert-release-notes/Data-Center-Expert-7-9-x-and-newer-serv...
In the end, I recommend going to 8.0 directly and recreating your system manually. With only 100 devices, it'll save a lot of time and effort.
Adding a new license is quite easy and I won't go through it here but I will say that if you need access o the portal mentioned in a previous link, you'll need to contact support directly anyway so they can assist with this too.
Thanks,
Steve
