Hi
The CSV file format does not have any information about text encoding. You may need to tell MS Excel in which encoding is your data. Try the following:

Hi Stanislav,
Thanks for the instruction , I already got the result after test , I can encoding to simplified
Chinese when I login to client for Chinese version, can't encoding if I login to client for
English version . It's have some problem if the words include traditional Chinese.
Anyway , when will DCE support traditional Chinese ? Any plan on it ?
Best Regards
