Hi all
We have configured the integration of Remedy (see attached file) in the DCO is not integrated.
It is verified that there is communication and answer of the Server Remedy with our network.
When doing the test, no answer is obtained: neither good nor bad
Can you help us?
Thanks

Hi Norberto
Did you verify the connection to the Remedy server on the Operation server? This can be done by starting a SSH session on the Operation server and issue the command:
curl http://<server ip>:<port>/arsys/services/ARService
replacing the (Remedy) server IP and (Remedy) port with the values from the document you attached. On my Operation server the output was:
<h1>ARService</h1>
<p>Hi there, this is an AXIS service!</p>
<i>Perhaps there will be a form for invoking the service here...</i>
You can use e.g. PuTTY as SSH client and you will have to use the credentials of the server user that was created during installation of the Operation server.
If that works and offers similar output, then we could continue debugging from the server log files. They can be downloaded via the Webmin console on port 10000 on the Operation server. If you need a way to share them, then please let me know.
Regards,
Ulrik
