Hi, i have a question from a customer - the network cable (port 1 on AP9465) was pulled out by someone and all the devices are on the network of the customer, is it possible to get a report or date and time when this happend out of the DCE ?.
Customer wants to know when ( date and time) so he knows who did this.

Hello Frans,
By default DCE requests SNMP/Modbus data every 5mins. In this case, I would recommended that the customer take a look at device alarm history. Any given alarm will have both the time which the alarm occurred and then returned to normal. To check alarm history right click on any given device in DCE and select the alarm history option. An additional tab will open on the bottom of the screen and the customer can choose date ranges.
Thanks
Victor

You might also be able to see the connection issues in the normal nbc.logs which are available on the Data Center Expert download page.

Frans,
You may be able to run a report for an SNMP or Modbus device sensor to see when data was recorded for the device to get an estimated time.
Best Regards,
Cory
