DCE email problem "graphic reports"

Hi,

We can able to send table and text report from the DCE report page . But when we send graph (picture) we can not able to receive email from the DCE systems.

Hi Seref,

It is quite possible that your e-mail server is either not accepting the images or sending them to a spam folder. If you are receiving the text report and I'm assuming you're using the exact same configuration for e-mails on the graph, DCE should not have any issues sending those images.

Again, use the known good export configuration. Check your spam folder. Contact your e-mail admin to see if there are any e-mails that your system is refusing. You can run a packet capture to see if we are attempting to send and if the server is accepting or rejecting those e-mails.
