Hello Jef Faridi

I was looking for the user guide for DCE as one of our customer needs that 

I need somewhat same like as we have for DCO i have attached the DCO user guide but i couldn't find the same for DCE 

Like how to add equipment's,run discovery,monitor and creating reports etc so that it would be easy for customer to use DCE and Monitor DCE on daily basis
