Hello
How can I change a rack PDU device alarm from one folder to another folder?
Just like drag&drop (I know there is no drag&drop in the DCE)...
Thanks.

Dear sheep,
My apologies for the late reply.
The drag&drop method is of course supported in the latest DCE-client. To do this, select the parent folder from the tree on the left (Navigation). Then from the list of devices on the right (Device View), drag&drop the required device to the required subfolder in the tree on the left (Navigation).
In addition, the context menu option Remove Device from Group may be useful to you:
I hope this is what you need.
With respect.

Dear sheep,
The alarm notification in general in the DCE software is displayed only in the folder of the location of the device itself, which is in the alarm state. In addition, all parent folders above the device will be in alarm state.
This behavior of the latest DCE-7.x software cannot be changed. That is, it is impossible to make or move the alarm be in one folder, and the device that created it in another.
I hope I understand you correctly.
With respect.

Hi spezialist,
Thanks for your quick answer.
I think you did not understand me correctly - i meant that inside the "Navigation" window i want to make changes and move (drag&drop) the devices from one folder to another as i wish.
How can I do that since we don't have drag&drop method in DCE and i don't find any other way?
Sheep.

spezialist,
As you can see here - i want simply to move the "Rack PDU"s in the blue circle to the folder "3L-32A" and the red ones to "1L-16A" folder.
How can i do that?
Thanks!
Sheep.
