Hi,
I'm looking for a way to extract user information from DCE to assist with an annual access review. I cant seem to find any way of doing this and having to do it manually on many appliances will become very time consuming.
Any help would be appreciated
Richard

Hi Richard,
I'm not sure if your question is regarding DCE or device users?
Assuming it is DCE users. There is to my understanding no way to extract the user information from the DCE server other than manually going through the "Users and Device group..." settings via the client.
Not sure if that is already the case but if you have a setup with multiple servers and various users you might want to centralize the user management in a authentication server and then integrate with the same? That however would still mean that the individual users must be assigned to the respective DCE servers but then the user can be disabled from the authentication server if needed.

Hi Soren, we have multiple DCE devices accross the globe where all useres are authenticated onto the device through Active Directory. Every year we are required to perform an access review to determin if the users still require access to a particular DCE appliance and the the access level they have is appropriate for their current role. To do this I need a list of users for each DCE appliance and their access rights on the appliance. From what i can see the only way to view this information is through User and Device Group page.

Thanks for elaborating. From what I read I agree the only way would be to use the "User and Device Group" page
