Running DCE on Hyper V 2012 .
Upgrade fails to reboot server and console shows Kernel panic.
Second attempt was started from clean install.
Specs: 100 Gb HDD, 1 VCPU, 1 GB RAM

Hi Jon,
Just to sure you are upgrading Data Center Expert v7.2.4 to 7.2.5? To my understanding there is no v2.2.4 nor 2.2.5.
How did you do the restore? Did you deploy the .ova file available or installed from the ISO? it could seem like there might be some drivers missing in the build used? That should not be the case for the .ova file.

I have the same problem. Upgrading from 7.2.4 to 7.2.5 does not seem to work on Hyper-V. First I upgraded from 7.2.2 to 7.2.4 with no issues at all, then tried 7.2.4 to 7.2.5 with the same result as Jon. (Hyper-V on WS2012R2, VM: 1xCPU/2GB-RAM/18GB-HD) Does anyone know of a solution?
