Hi All!
I have Advanced View to Netbotz appliance communication error.
It is possible to connect to the appliance via web-browser, but when I try run Advanced View software, I have error "Could not connect to
Is there some logs, which can help to troubleshoot this issue?
I've checked for firewall - it's switched off, so maybe there is some Java settings I need to correct or something else?
It's works fine couple weeks ago, so I think that problem could be related with some operation system updates.
Any suggessions?

Hi Valentin,
The easiest things to check would be to try from a different system or potentially uninstall / reinstall advanced view. Although we do recommend the versions be the same between the NetBotz appliance and advanced view, you should be able to at least launch to the device using a different version. You may also want to try launching https if you're normally launching http.
There are some logs for AV on your local system. You didn't mention the OS so I'll assume Windows 7. Logs would be found under:
C:\Users\
You may also want to reboot the system in safe mode with network support (assuming again Windows) in order to rule out any conflicts. Anti-virus, like firewalls, can allow the protocol such as http or https but may block certain programs. Turning off anti-virus may help at least for a test.
There should be no issue with Java as we install our own version. If updates to your system specifically found our Java in our directory and made changes, perhaps a re-install again would help. Our java, normally in a directory such as:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Advanced View 4.4.1
should not be effected by other operating system changes.

Hi Steven Marchetti!
I've tried to reinstall AV, downgrade and upgrade firmware of NetBotz appliance to different versions, use different protocols, but with no luck.
The problem was resolved when I uninstall AV, then remove \.netbotz folder from my user profile and then install AV again.
I don't know what it was, but now AV works as expected, thanks!
