Hello
I am facing following issues after upgrading DCE from 7.2.7 to 7.3.1. please let me know how to resolve this issue.
1- i cannot see any sensor under UPS(symmetra 160KW) and PDPM now, before upgrading UPS & PDPM showing all the sensors.
2- after up grading the DCE when i try to see the graph report of any sensors (temp/Humid/voltage etc.) there is no graph showing of any sensor.
your early response will be highly appreciated.
Best Regards
Shoaib

Hi Shoaib,
Can you please verify the communications protocols used for the UPS and PDPM? I'm assuming SNMP but we need to be sure for troubleshooting purposes.
Have you verified the UPS and PDPM can be polled with the appropriate protocol?
Are any other devices having similar issues?
Have you tried upgrading to 7.4.1?
Assuming SNMP, knowledge base FA226273 can help troubleshoot SNMP issues.
Please note that this forum can take time to troubleshoot and get answers. If this needs immediate assistance, you may want to contact your local ltechnical support team directly.
Thank you,
Steve.
