I have 1 DCE Server .
my dce server has 125 node license my question is :
if my servers motherboard and HDD or other equipment broken How can i retrieve DCE license for another same server ?
-note : It is worth mentioning my country has not official supporter

Hi Hojjat,
These licenses should be registered in the system at https://dcimassets.schneider-electric.com/
If you have to reinstall them on the same system (same mac address) you should be able to simply re-add them after the system is rebuilt / restored.
You must contact tech support to get the license keys reset if you are going to use them on another system. Only tech support can reset the license keys to be used on another system. I am unsure how you would do this ic you can not call into tech support.

If my device is broken and can not be repaired.
Is it possible to use the license of the previous device.

Hi Hojjat,
As previously mentioned, you must contact support to have the passcodes reset. You can not do this by yourself and I can't do this on the forum. On the APC web page, you'd select support and contact us
Perhaps contacting support through the APC support pages using an e-mail option from another country/region....suggesting this as you mentioned"my country has not official supporter "
