To add, the meter itself need to comply to the standard.
DCE is only showing whatever the power meter is getting, so if the meter is NOT accurate, whatever you see in DCE won't be accurate in the first place.

Hi guys,
As Chris inferred, I believe it is mostly the hardware that needs to comply. I did see a little about software compliance but I'm not sure it pertains to us. Sadly, I have been unable to get a response fro product management even though I have requested info on this a few times. Perhaps contacting product management from your side will work better. I'll still respond if I get something back.
