Hi Does anyone have a DDF for the new Rack Access 250 please the client is running 7.2.7.

Hi Mike,

The DDF is available from the Device Support section here.  
However, as support for the NetBotz 250 was included with DCE 7.4.1, we would also ecommend upgrading your DCE.

In addition to what John said here, I'd also recommend updating DCE because NetBotz 250 relies on a few DDFs - NetBotz 250, APC Rack Access PX, and APC Environmental. For the best experience, you need the latest version of all of these DDFs. A DCE upgrade can provide those or tech support can get you the individual DDFs if upgrading your DCE is not possible.
