We are using DCE to monitor around 300 devices which are located in multiple countries.
On the email sent by DCE, there is a time and date however, it only follows what is set on the DCE software/server it does not allow it to be set per timezone. So example, for our site in the US when the receive this kind of alerts it will show the time IST instead of EST.
How to achieve the different country wise timezone in the DCE email alert content?

Hello Balaraman,
Unfortunately with the current release of Data Center Expert this is not possible. The body of the email will contain the time stamp of the DCE server but the emails time stamp would be correct for the specific customers time zone I.E DCE is EST but I am in PST, the body will contain DCE time but the email within my email client will be PST. At this time there is no available work around not to say this issue might be addressed in a future release.
Thank You

Was this feature addressed in the later versions? I'm using version 7.2.7.25.
Thanks,
