DCE Dashboard Information missing

HI 

After a reboot of DCE server some of our Dashboard readings were missing. One site was fine the other we had to recreate them completely.

 

As you can see one site kept all values after. reboot second site has no readings or graphs and had to be recreated in Dashboard.

 

Any idea why this would happen?

Very interesting: did you try to click on an empty widget, for example, on the "Return air temperature" widget? What have you seen? Were there any errors or warnings?

thanks for response. I am reporting issue on behalf of another user. 

Original when it happened there was a message in red for all devices set up in dashboard saying check sensors or something like that and a done button. After clicking done. They show as blank as above image. He could get in and add the sensor again, However it still showed as blank.

Widgets were deleted and added again and are now fine.

These dashboards are shared among users on different PC's unfortunately He didn't check to see if they were getting the same thing so i can't rule out browser related issue.

Dear Bruce Phillips,

This is really a common problem for DCE users: try to search here on EcoStruxure IT for the phrase "error 500":

If you read a few posts, you can find out that this problem is solved by re-creating problem widgets.

I also encountered a similar problem, but in my case there have always been problems with access rights to devices for specific users, see for example post :

Solution: find out, which devices are used on this user's dashboard and carefully check, whether he has access rights to all these devices (in DCE client go System -> User and Device Group Access... -> Users tab -> Device Group Access).
