DCE 7.9.0 Upgrade to 7.9.1 package failure

Hi I'm trying to upgrade DCE Server 7.9.0.196 to 7.9.1 I point it to the same .lst file that have used on multiple upgrades so I know its good but it wont let me import it. I get the following log entries: 

5/22/23 10:15:52.148 ERRR - Unable to get installed package information: Directory does not exist: /etc/nbc/upgrade.

(com.netbotz.server.services.upgrade.controllers.AboutController)

Hi @Mike-Sutton , 

You'll want to contact support directly on this one. Assuming this is a hardware server, there's an issue that must be resolved with their direct assistance.
