Dear All,
We are getting incorrect readings from inRow ACRD301 (rd3xx -v6.6.4k, aos - 6.6.4). The temperature values in Celcuis are read in values of Fahrenheit (the voltage values are incorrect as well) as attached. We also found that the status of Inrows are all in Standby (but in fact 2 units are running).
We are using DDF - apc_acrd2g ver 14 but no luck.
Anyone encounter this before?

Dear All,
It seems that upgrading the InRow firmware to AOS 682 solved the issue.
Closing the case.

Hi TJ,
Can you do an SNMP walk of the cooler?
It is possible that this is not a DCE issue but that the cooler is presenting the wrong information to the DCE.

Hi Gavan,
Thanks for the suggestion. I will upload the walk files once I gather them.
