Product (ITA/ITO) download info publicly not available, usually request for product download can be posted via the web form at https://helpcenter.ecostruxureit.com and click the 'submit a ticket' button or email support@ecostruxureit.com

we must verify if the requester/client is holding a valid/active support contract. so it would be helpful to include the support contract no. when posting the request.
