DCE 7.2.7 httpd fails to start after load new SSL Cert

I loaded a new SSL cert from Comodo Security Services

DCE responds to ping but the web server is unresponsive, also after reboot

Console shows FAILED for httpd start (see attached image)

Hi Ed,

You'll need to contact support directly on this. Unless you created a backup just prior to this cert being added or you can restore easily, someone will need to access the back end of the server for / with you and remove the cert. If this is a chain cert, that is likely the issue but you'll need some more in-depth troubleshooting. See internal k-base FA225533

Hi Yannic, Please check the APC web page under your region. If you go to support on the top menuand (in US anyway) support again, it will bring you to the correct regional link with support numbers and e-mails similar to this one for the US: http://www.apc.com/us/en/support/contact-us/index.jsp Steve.
