Customizing Audit Trail Report

Hi,

I would like to customize the fields displayed in Audit Trail reports. I want to see the following fields in the Audit report:

a. Asset Id

b. Asset Name

c. Service Tag

d. Installation Date

e. Decommisioned On.

What is the best way to achieve the same? Could this be done using Insight, and what would the exact steps be to achieve it?

Hi Vineet, Modifying the report is your best bet here.

If the information you need isn't readily available, look into DCO web services, populating and reading from ETL database could be a back-up option.
