Copying gadgets from DCE splash page to another user?

I've created a number of DCE gadgets and would like to be able to share them with another user without having to recreate them all in the other user's account.

Alternately, is there a way to create a public splash page?

Gadgets are created per user and there is not currently a way to share gadgets or create a public splash page.  You can submit a feature request via the top navigation bar.

Hi John, Do you have the info on who indicated this? I know that once 8.x comes out, everything will be web based so there will be a totally different paradigm but I find no indication of this changing for 7.x. Steve
