While using DCO client I get this alert. I would assume it would be latency on the network since the server is remote geographically. The latency from my client to the server is 54ms. Is there a way to extend the "timeout" or what is the timeout by default?
It's happening so much that it is making it almost impossible to be productive. It alerts me when it fails and alerts when it's back up, which is always a few seconds later.

Hi Jared,
It would be a combination of the latency & the solution size. Even in you have considerable latency, how large is you setup that matters the most. Please refer to the system specifications as mentioned in: StruxureWare Data Center Operation Network Firewall Port Details
Do you also experience such issue when the client is accessible from the vicinity of the server?

Thanks for the feedback! We have 54ms latency across our 1Gb WAN to the remote server from my client. That is well under the 200ms and well over the 1Mb bandwidth requirement . Also, what "size of setup" do you mean? Room size? Connected Users? We are checking with the users on the local side to see if they also get the alerts.

The same question from a user who has Server and Client in the same segment. There is the same message appears every 10-40 minutes. Please advise how to troubleshoot. Thanks.
