Hi team,
we upgraded IT Advisor from 9.3.5 to 9.4.4 in may 27th. we have now realised that we do not have data in the capacity overview since that date.

Hi Javier,
Most likely KPIs are not enabled yet.
In desktop client, go to Tools > Preferences > Capacity History
look for the option for Enable KPI, enable it (click to enable it)
and then click the OK button.
That should start/schedule KPI recording.
Kind regards,
Jef

Hi Jef,
we have the "Enable KPI" checked:
We have unchecked/checked again.
Now we have realised that we see the capacity history in the room level, but in floor level we do not see the capacity history since we updated in May 27th. And in the room level we see the Power Capacity Used but not the total installed. In the capacity dashboard we do not see anything in the room level and in the floor level we see cooling, space and networks kpis but not power.
This is the view of the floor level:
And this is the room that is in the same floor:
Thanks

What is the source of the power data? Is the data coming from DCE, or some other source?
Regards
Greg Sterling

Hi @gsterling any idea? We need to try to fix this capacity dashboard without cleaning the historical data.
